What is a ticket?
A: A ticket is a document that entitles the holder to attend an event under the conditions specified in the ticket.

What is an e-ticket?
A: An e-ticket is an electronic ticket that can be purchased online by visiting the BILIETAI.LT website. An e-ticket can be paid for with a credit card or via e-banking. The e-ticket is sent in pdf format to the e-mail address provided by the purchaser. To receive the ticket in the required format, you need Adobe Reader on your computer.

Can I book my ticket online?
A: BILIETAI.LT does not allow you to book tickets for events on www.bilietai.lt.

Can I buy tickets by credit card?
A: You can buy tickets online with a credit card.

Can I choose my seats?
A: There are several ways to choose seats when buying tickets online: either the system selects the best seats or the buyer chooses the seats he/she wants. In the latter case, you need to select the "Seat Selection" option and choose the seats in the auditorium according to your preferred price category. You can also choose your seats at the checkout. In case the organisers indicate that the best seats are selected by the system, the buyer cannot choose the seats he wants.

Can I pay with my card at BILIETAI.LT box offices?
A: Most BILIETAI.LT box offices allow you to pay with different types of cards.

Can a spectator whose name is not on the e-ticket be admitted to the event with an e-ticket?
A: If an e-ticket is purchased by a person whose name is on the e-ticket, but that person cannot go to the event or the ticket is a gift, another spectator will be able to go to the event with the e-ticket, unless otherwise stated in the event description.  

What fees apply in the BILIETAI.LT system?
A: The following apply:
    1. Service fee normally up to €2.5 per ticket*
    2. E-ticket delivery method - 0,49 Eur per ticket**
    3. Point of sale (box office) - 0,49 Eur per ticket***
    4. Sending the ticket by registered mail (only in Lithuania, service cost 10 Eur per delivery)
    5. Omniva post office (only in Lithuania, service price 10 Eur per delivery)
    6. 1 Eur/ticket for ticket reservation and pre-accounting
    7. VIP customer service from 1 Eur/ticket
    8. Venue administration fee - depending on the specific venue, if applicable.****
    9. Third party charges, if applicable, are indicated in the booking information. Third party fees are collected by acting as a disclosed intermediary.
*Service charge
The service fee consists of setting up, maintaining, updating, maintaining and troubleshooting the information system managed by the service provider.

**E-ticket delivery method
Not applicable to the purchase of Gift Vouchers, Discount Coupons and Vouchers, as well as not applicable to the purchase of tickets for events with the organisers of which Bilietai.lt cooperates after the winning of public procurement tenders. EUR 0.49 per ticket is not applicable when buying tickets at the box office. E-ticket delivery fee is charged to customers for sending E-tickets by e-mail (shipping/delivery services). The E-ticket can only be sent after the information system managed by the Service Provider has verified that all the necessary steps have been taken to order the relevant ticket, the information received is systematised and the E-ticket is then generated in PDF format, which is then sent to the Customer by the information system managed by the Service Provider. The E-Ticket dispatch fee shall cover the actual costs incurred by the Service Provider for the generation and dispatch of the E-Ticket.

This fee is also waived if you choose a ticket delivery method:  COLLECTION AT THE BOX OFFICE. In this case, tickets can be picked up at the Lithuanian National Drama Theatre box office II-V 11:30-19:30, VI 15:30-19:30, lunch 14:00-15:00; (Gedimino Ave. 4, Vilnius), Klaipėda Concert Hall I-V 11:00-19:15, lunch 14:30-15:15 (Šaulių g. 36, Klaipėda) or the State Drama Theatre of Šiauliai II-V 11:30-18:30, lunch 15:00-16:00 (Tilžės g. 155, Šiauliai).

If you choose this delivery method, you will receive an order confirmation number in your e-mail, which you will have to present when you collect your tickets at the box office. E-tickets will not be sent to your email address. Tickets will be printed on a white sheet of paper at the box office. Confirmation of your booking does not give you access to the event. Not applicable when purchasing Gift Tickets, vouchers and vouchers. EUR 0,49 per ticket is applicable for tickets purchased at the box office. Exceptions can be found here.

****Venue administration fee
The Venue Administration Fee consists of the costs incurred by the Distributor in distributing tickets and providing services at a particular venue, excluding the normal ticketing services, i.e. the set-up, maintenance, updating, servicing, upkeep and troubleshooting of the information system operated by the Supplier. In the event of cancellation of the event, the fee shall be refunded to the ticket purchaser.

How can I get an invoice for my tickets?
A: The invoice can be issued by the Nacionalinis bilietų platintojas UAB under the organiser's authorisation. If the organiser does not authorise the Nacionalinis bilietų platintojas UAB to issue an invoice, you should contact the event organiser directly. The invoice must include: company details and ticket ID. More information here.

Can I return my tickets?
 Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable: 
- so please consider whether you will be able to attend the event and the number of tickets you need each time before purchasing tickets. The National Ticket Distributor is also not liable if your ticket is lost or damaged through no fault of your own and therefore becomes unusable.  

Ticket refunds and exchanges in case of cancellation or date change: 
- The Nacionalinis bilietų platintojas UAB is the intermediary between the event organiser (service provider) and the buyer. Nacionalinis bilietų platintojas UAB does not organise events and therefore accepts no liability for failure to attend an event, its postponement, quality or any other matters related to the organisation of the event. The organiser of the event is responsible for all such matters. 
- If the new date of the rescheduled event is not suitable or if the event is cancelled, ticket refunds, refunds and other related matters should be addressed to the person responsible for the event, the event organiser. 

- The Nacionalinis bilietų platintojas will kindly provide the information known to it to ticket purchasers in case of any uncertainties (e.g. to remind them of the event organiser's contacts). For the sole information of ticket purchasers, please note that if the new date of the rescheduled event is unsuitable or the event has been cancelled, tickets can be returned up to the date specified by the event organiser. 
Please note that in practice, it may happen that a particular event organiser, for the convenience of its customers, will instruct or authorise UAB Nacionalinis Ticket platintojas to accept returned tickets and/or refund money on behalf of the event organiser. In such individual cases, we will provide all relevant information. However, even in such cases, the event organiser is and will be solely responsible for the refund, and Nacionalinis bilietų platintojas UAB will be bound by the event organiser's instructions and decisions (e.g. the amount of money to be refunded by the event organiser, etc.).

Are discounted tickets available?
A: As Nacionalinis bilietų platintojas UAB acts as a disclosed intermediary, it does not apply arbitrary discounts. Discounts are only applied on the instructions of the event organiser. You can find out about discounts at the event description.

What are the possible ways of obtaining a ticket?
You can choose the following methods of ticket delivery:
    1. E-ticket delivery to the email address you provide.
    2. Delivery by Omniva post or registered mail. Tickets will be delivered to the address you specify. We commit to dispatch tickets within 7 working days of purchase.
    3. Pick up your ticket at the box office. You will be able to pick up your ticket at the box office indicated at the time of purchase. Electronic tickets will not be sent if you choose this delivery method. Tickets are printed in A4 format.
I bought an e-ticket with email delivery but I haven't received it, what should I do?
First of all, we recommend that you make sure you have entered your email address correctly. Check the SPAM section in your mailbox. If you cannot find your e-ticket, please contact info@bilietai.lt and make sure to include your ticket order number (which can be found in the payment destination field of the order you made).

Do I need to print my e-ticket?
It is sufficient to have the e-ticket on your phone and present it for scanning at the check-in.

I have questions about the terms and conditions of a specific event, where do I go?
Please send us an email to info@bilietai.lt, making sure to include the name of the event, its date and your question.

I bought my ticket from a third party. Can you check if the ticket is valid?
Bilietai.lt does not provide a ticket verification service and is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties. We recommend that you only purchase tickets from official ticket distribution points.

How old are children admitted free of charge to the event?
You can find out whether children are admitted free of charge at the description of the event you are interested in on www.bilietai.lt.

Can I buy ticket insurance?
Yes, you can choose ticket insurance at the time of ticket purchase. You can find out more about ticket insurance conditions here.

Where can I use my Tickets.lt gift voucher?
You can use your Bilietai.lt gift voucher to purchase tickets for events we distribute at www.bilietai.lt or at Bilietai.lt box offices (except for Rimi box offices).

How long is a Bilietai.lt gift voucher valid for?
A Bilietai.lt gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Can I use multiple Bilietai.lt Gift Vouchers in one purchase?
Yes, you can redeem multiple Bilietai.lt gift vouchers in one purchase.

Can I extend the validity of a Bilietai.lt gift voucher?
The validity of a Bilietai.lt Gift Voucher is not renewable.

Is there an unused balance of the Bilietai.lt Gift Voucher, will the balance be refunded?
The unused balance of the Bilietai.lt Gift Voucher is not refundable.
